Yesterday, I tried to book the Carousel lunch buffet for Monday but it was fully booked. I asked for Tuesday, fully booked too. I guess we can never try the food there unless it's on weekends.

I hope nobody will be reading my blog. Because these few days I am not really blogging. I just want to write down my feelings and what I have been doing while you are away.

Hahaha.. While studying for the exam, I found a new hobby to help destress. That is from today onwards to the end of my last paper, I will try to snap as many special/expensive cars that park below my block as possible. Because below my block is the "famous" old aiport rd hawker centre, so quite a number of people will constantly come here for food. To kick start, I have already snapped 1 pic of 1 convertible (sad to say I don't the brand and model) and 1 pic with 2 BMWs in it.

Was at the SFF yesterday. Hot event, the models were sexy and we were in the tent without air con. It's really different watching it on tv and watching it right in front of. Only when you are sitting at the side of the runway and watching the models walking from their side view, you will realize that they are actually walking in a weird posture.

When Sweet walked out, I was so not used to it. She's so sleek but yet cute. Haha.. Cute as in the way she walked with the "model" posture. No la.. Sweet is not 1 of the models. She is one of the distractions when the male models are on the runway.

Sorry sorry... I was wrong about the ultimate phone from Samsung. The ultimate phone is already selling in town now.

Hahaha.. It's the LG KS20. I'm very lousy in technology. What I know is that the phone is a smart phone, Microsoft Windows Mobile Professional 6.0 and WIFI enabled. I have no idea what's these functions mean but should be quite powerful lah.. I only know that it is definitely nicer looking compared to Viewty.

I asked the M1 staff today about the price. It's $568 with 2yrs plan. Haiz... Don't have that kind of money.

Shitty shit. For the whole day I have been surfing the net for phones. That's because my phone contract has just reached the 20 months mark, so I am able to upgrade my phone. And my current Samsung D820 is ageing. The buttons are responding slowly now when I'm smsing. By far, it's the phone that I have been using for the longest period. hahaha... Cuz I think it is really sleek and packed with great function.

Well... Prada has come and gone. Her successor: LG Viewty. I have been watching clips about the phone and really am attracted to it. But the main drawback is the camera lens at the back of the phone. It is slightly pop out, so it's not that smooth. Though I am totally broke and am having difficulties to finance the purchase, I do think that it is worth the money. I called M1 this morning and after trading in my current phone, it will cost me $348. Sianzzz...

Another factor that is holding me back is because I am a strong supporter for Samsung phones. Around 2 weeks ago, they just launched the Samsung Armani phone. Of course, I definitely cannot afford it. It is currently ONLY being sold in GA boutique. I think the price is around $1200 plus plus... Not sure if it's inclusive of contract.

Like LG(Prada to Viewty), Samsung also have this phone that looks like the Armani phone but does not have the Armani brand on it. Wondering will it be cheaper.

Went out with Sweet yesterday. Haha.. Going out quite often this week before tutorials kick in next week.

Sweet got $60 voucher for Marriott Hotel. Hahaha.. We thought it would be enough but we were wrong. The food there was expensive. So in the end we just ordered 2 drinks, 1 salad for sweet and 1 main course for me. But I can tell you that the salad was better than my main course. Still it was fun, the pool was nice. How i wish they dont mind me swimming in my undies.

After dinner, we headed to Cold Storage. I think I am going to state in my friendster that grocery shopping is also one of my hobbies. I really love to comb through the supermarket and pick food that I like. Back then before I know sweet, when I was a bachelor and in the army and lazy to go town, I would buy loads of titbits and spend my weekends munching and watching tv.

After I know sweet, I still do grocery shopping. She was staying in hall back then, so I went to Carrefour and bought things that i thought might be useful for her. In the end, she told me she hate chicken essence (sweet, so who finished the essence?) and I don't think she used the umbrella i bought.

This is what happens when you get really bored and start to daydream.....

Dream House: It will be isolated and near to the beach. Everything will be so peaceful, out in the nature where you get to see the sunrise and sunset everyday.

Of course, you need a pool in a dream house. So you can swim in it when you are lazy to walk to the sea for a swim.

Yupe, yupe a nice balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea with your loved ones while looking at the horizon.

I like the house to be made of as many glass panels as possible. So I will feel as though I'm outside with the nature.

Dream Cars: Definitely as many as possible.

Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Use it when it's a family outing.

Maserati Quattroporte. Use it when i'm going for work.

And all the cars that I can choose from to suit my mood!

I was supposed to blog 45 mins ago. Blog about how my mum still treats me like a kid when I'm hitting 23 next month and I had completed by army. The story goes like this:

I was out with my parents for lunch. My dad then tookaway Laska for my sister, who will only reach home at 7pm. Since my sis is going to have her Laska at 7 plus pm, the gravy need to be separated from the noodles, but it was not. So my dad dropped me home first while he and mum go jalan jalan. My mum asked if I know how to separate the gravy from the noodles. I was like," of course"

So I walked to the lift thinking why do my mum still treat me as a kid.

Once I got home, i started pouring the gravy out. If you people think that I did not manage to do it, you're wrong. I managed to do it k. Nicely done. Gravy in a bowl while noodles in the other. Still very proud of it, thinking that I must really blog about it. Then I thought it will look nicer with the two bowls placed side by side, so I shifted the bowl with noodles towards the bowl the gravy.

NEXT! I actually overturned the bowl with gravy.

So damn freaking cool. Laska's gravy waterfall... GUSHING from the table top to the kitchen floor, flowing through the gap of the kitchen's tiles. I was shocked. Standing there admiring the magnificent sight for half a min. Seriously I don't know what to do.

Things got really complicated. It took me another 5 minutes to figure out what I should do. Damn man! Luckily got some rags in the kitchen. So i just cleared the gravy first. But then for some unknown reasons, my sole of my feet are oily and I had been walking around the kitchen to find those rags. So now the kitchen floor was all oily. My mum is really very particular about cleanliness and I know the oily floor will drive her crazy.

The only thing I saw that could remove oil is the hand wash. And I thought since the Laska is oily, I should put more soap. After 15 minutes of washing, the floor now feel soapy, not oily. Haiz... WTF man. So I got more water and ended up washing the whole the kitchen.

Stupid but yet funny.

Waiting for the floor to get dry now. Think my sis got to eat something else for her dinner.

Whenever I take bus 10 bus home, the bus will pass by Raffles Place. And there's this building with True Yoga's poster featuring Joanne Peh. I'll always look at it for few seconds cause I think the poster looks damn cool. Her features suit the short hair cut, looks so elegant but yet a tinge of masculine in her. Her arm muscles are not really well defined but yet well toned. Anyway, I think the poster on the building portrays her better.

Econs Lesson at the Swimming Pool

Just got back from the pool. While sun tanning, I saw a scenario that resembles a perfectly competitive market. Meaning, there's only 1 company supplying 1 product.

In my case in the swimming pool, the product (supply) was a girl in white bikini, lying in the pool sun bathing. Now, to the demand side, all the guys sun tanning in the pool. As you can see, there's obviously an excess demand. And according to theory, in a perfectly competitive market, consumers (guys in pool) are supposed to take the price set by the company, in other words the dudes got no chance to bargain. Since she's the only good in the pool, she set herself as priceless. Hahaha.. So all the dudes can just admire from their place.

Likewise for all economy, there's always an unexpected occurrence. Economists term it as supply shock, meaning a negative piece of news that influences the market. All of sudden this bunch of kids who were learning swimming invaded the kids' pool where the girl was lying in. These kids started playing happily, kicking water and throwing balls. The girl got no choice but to leave the pool, pack her stuffs and left. So this supply shock had effectively shifted the supply curve to the left and thus the supply drop to zero. Without supply, demand is as good as nothing.

In the end, the guys just reverted back to their 'sun-tanation'.

Anyway, for people who dont understand what the hell I'm talking about, it simply means that I went sun tan today, there's a babe in white bikini and everybody was looking at her. The fun ends when all the kids came to the pool, where the babe was, and started having a party of their own.

Bad Day

Bad day, or more commonly known as "God is playing a trick on me!" I was supposed to go sun tanning last monday, but was feeling super lazy when I woke up, so stayed home. This morning, the urge for a tan was so damn freaking strong, cause I thought I became fairer. And the sunny sun woke me up.

So I jumped out of my bed, slipped on my trunk and headed for the pool. Once the lift door opened, it wasn't sunny anymore. But I just didn't want to give up. On my way to the pool, i could see clouds covering the sky. I was praying hard not to rain. And if you people are expecting it to rain, well, it did not. Hahaha...

Though it did not rain, it definitely dampen my mood for tanning. When I reached the pool, it was obvious I had to swim and not tan. So I jumped into the pool and got a good 'awakening' shock! The water was freezing cold! I stood on the spot for few mintues, before putting on my goggles.

Luckily, there were a tiny bit of sun light every now and then. But still, I don't think it had any effect on my skin. Guess I need to head my the pool again this Friday.

Singapore Won The Asean Championship Title

Ole ole ole ole... Singapore won the Asean Championship Title!

I've been watching them play since 1999. Haven't been impressive. Furthermore, I missed the Championship in 2004 because I guessed I'm in the army, so I wasn't sure their standard.

Their group stage performance wasn't convincing so I did not expect them to win it this year. Even though, I don't think their performance was great, I must say that they improved alot. It used to be 10 men defending. This time round, it was all about possession, at least they can control the game better, doesn't lose ball as easy as it used to be and knows how to attack down the flanks.

I thought S'pore might not be able to handle the crowds after the 1st leg in the National Stadium on Wednesday. But I was so happy that they prove me wrong. Even though they were 1 goal down, the Lions did not give up. And continue to attack. The feeling was unbelievable after we equalized. Then again, we were lucky to lead from the 1st leg.

Wild Ride

Hahaha.. Ok, the title was meant to catch your attention. Last night I was driving the stretch of road from SMU to Suntec City. While driving, I heard loud engine sound, that kind of sound from a turbo engine. I looked into my rear mirror and saw bright lights behind me, gaining speed on me before overtaking me. It was a Mazda Rx8. Soon behind this car, 2 more RX8 followed. Out of curiosity, I stepped on my accelerator to check them out. As I was trying to catch them up, 2 more RX8 and 1 Nissan Silvia overtook me. Luckily, there was a traffic light at the overhead bridge at Suntec City and all of them had to stop their cars. While stopping, few more RX8 caught up with the rest. I felt it was so damn cool. There were around 8 RX8 travelling together on the road. All in different colours and different body kits. And I was definitely like a poser because I was in between them. Hahaha.. Driving dear's Hyundai Accent in the midst of the RX8s. But too bad, they weren't racing. I guess it was like a RX8 club kinda thing. Because after the red light, as 'we' move off, only few cars sped off, driving recklessly, zooming in and out of other cars. Those cars that sped off, were actually cars with better body kit. I tried to keep up with them, but couldn't. Hee... Dear asked me not to act like them. Hahaha.. I do envy their way of driving. If only I got the guts to zoom in and out. The rest of the normal RX8 just drove normally and safely. Well I think they were heading towards the Mac at the netball centre. A common place for this people to gather. A short, fun experience. Ha!

California Fitness Body Composition Analysis

Went gym yesterday and they asked me to do the body composition analysis. Usually it cost 20 bucks but I not sure why I got to do it for free. Anyway, I couldn't understand most of the explanation done by the trainer. All I can remember is that he said muscle mass not bad and can improve further. If I gain more muscle mass, my fat mass will go down. Then he said my percent body fat is a high. Normal is at 15%. Mine is at 16.2%. Hahaha. Shit lah...

But the highlight of all is the BMI shown at the Nutritional Assessment. My BMI is 23.6. With according to WHO / MOH Guideline (S'pore 2005), I am "Mildly Overweight". Oh my god..... Overweight, hahaha.... Cool.

Oh well... What a way to end the year! I was down with fever from sat to NYE. And blocked nose till today. The sickness carried itself from 2006 to 2007. What a way to begin the new year!

Luckily I have Sweet by my side the past couple of days. Taking good care of me, that's why I recovered so quickly. Thanks dear. You are the best. Dear dear made milo for me so I could take my medicine, help me cover blanket, put wet towel on my forehead and cook porridge for me.

Just hope that I can breathe normally again. Hate blocked nose the most. Can't taste, breathe and sleep properly.

Anyway, saw a pair of jeans in Zara. The perfect jeans, I would say. It got a nice colour, the common slight dark blue demin with a bit fade off at the thigh area. Furthermore, it's regular fit, I hate slight baggy jeans now. Been buying jeans from levis but lately find them abit baggy to my liking. But the most important thing about that pair of jeans is its pockets. Usually jeans pocket are upright, this pair's pocket is at the side. Just like those pockets you found in pants, it is easier to slot in your hand.

Too bad, Zara having sale now, so this jeans is currently in their store. Not a sale item. Though the assistant said he can bring it out and let me try. But the queue for the fitting room was long, so I'll just wait till the sale is over.

Talk about having a fast striker and he bought Craig Bellamy. First, he can't score consistently. Second, he's old. Third, obviously Torres is cuter.
Torres had proven himself in the World Cup. He is fast and good in the air. None of the strikers in Liverpool can head the ball properly. Furthermore, he's a spaniard, he can easily adapt into the country with the help of the other spaniards.

Liverpool is in need of a right-back. Even though he's playing as a centre-back in Real Madrid, he is being used as a right-back during the World Cup. I think he is fast and skilful enough to attack down the right flank. In case Liverpool need a centre-back, Ramos is ready to step in as a back up. What's more, is that he is still young! He's only 20 years old this year.

Ok, I had planned out my 'the return of abs' workout plan. Lol, sound as if I had abs before.

Starting tomorrow. After knocking off at Munchie Monkey, I'll head for the gym. Definitely going to jog for 45minutes, followed by my normal weight lifting. Tuesday morning, I'll do sit-ups and jog for 45mintues in the morning before starting work and after that hit the gym again. I shall try to skip for 20mintues in the night. For the next 6 weeks, I shall follow roughly to this plan!

Sound like a tough regime. Hopefully will follow strictly. Also need to squeeze in time for sun tanning. I miss the SUN. May the sun shine brightly for this christmas.

Thanks Land Transport Authority, I don't need a letter from you that says 'FINE'. I am doing well, don't worry. And I know my driving skill is alright, don't need you to tell me that I am doing 'FINE' with my driving.

The letter had finally arrived. A $8 fine. Yupe I know it's cheap because I had received fine way more than $8. Anyway, the offence was

" your vehicle was detected passing through the ERP gantry at ECP 14km with a CashCard that did not contain a sufficient balance to pay for the ERP charges."

People, take note that the CashCard was there ok? God. How unlucky can i be? I seldom drive on weekdays, so I didn't know that the ERP was in operation. Prior to that, I had check the fund. I got $1.93. So I thought ERP charge was $1.50 and should be sufficient to get to school.

Damn. For $0.07, that is 7 cents, I have to pay a $8 fine.

Can I suggest that the CashCard can have a credit system, like our easy link card? I know you people scared that if we are left with 1 cent in our CashCard and then go on to use it to pay for something expensive, you people will lose money. Can't you all just add a limit say $2, which we got to pay when purchasing the CashCard? Exactly like our easy link card.

I will appreciate if it works.

This is the latest edition of Boss In Motion though I not sure when it came out. Likewise I also do not know if it's selling in the market. I think this is the best bottle so far. The metallic black bottle is so sexy and cool. Damn it. I can't get it now cause I still got half bottle of Hugo Energise and half bottle of Hugo's Hugo.

Anyway I'm a fan of Hugo Fragrance. So far, I have only tried Hugo and nothing else. And sweetheart especially love the In Motion series. Lucky Me!

Last night when I wanted to do my project, I realized that my thumb drive was not in my bag. I recalled that afternoon around 1:45pm, I plugged it into the back, of school com lab, CPU and forgot to plug out when I left. The whole night I was cursing and swearing. Sweet asked me to drive back to school to check. But I thought it was not worth the effort because by then it should have been long gone. From 1:45pm till 8pm, how can it still be there? So damn pissed off with my luck. The thumb drive which cost me $35 was not even 2 weeks old! And now I am under a period of tight budget. It hurts to lose $35 just like that.

So today I reach school at 8am (because got to drive sweet for her class at 8am), the com lab wasn't open yet so headed to library for project research, photocopy till 9am before going back to check for my thumb drive.

When I reached the com lab, a lady was already using that computer. Sian. Just take a glimpse of my thumb drive. To my surprise, the thumb drive was STILL THERE! So I ask the lady for permission to retrieve my thumb drive and when she saw me plugging out, her expression was like "how come there's a thumb drive at the back?" Hahaha..

It made my day. I was so happy to get back my $35. Since I was in the com lab, so just as well print my notes for 10am New Media class. When I reach the printing area, then I realized that I LEFT my cashcard in the photocopy machine at the library. Damn.. Got my $35, but lost $8. Sigh... At least still better off. So I couldn't print my notes and walk back to library. I went back to the exact photocopy machine to look for my cashcard.

2nd surprise of the day, the cashcard was actually ejected from the card reader and placed on it. So kind soul do exist. She or he did not take my cashcard. So nice of her or him. Thanks for not taking a poor and broke chap's cashcard.

Where had my time gone to?

I'm really stress up because I know that I got a lot of things to do especially school works. But why do I not have enough time? So I took like 10 minutes of an hour (from my doing this and that category) to map out where I have been spending my time on.

It is as follow:

8hrs (of sleep) + 1hr (of preparation for school e.g wash up and breakfast) + 2hrs (of travelling to school to and fro) + 6hrs (of attending lectures and tutorials) + 3hrs (of lunch and dinner) + 3hrs (of relaxation e.g gym, tv, games) + 1hr (of walking here and there, doing this and that, little little things that add up to an hour in my day) = 24hrs = 1day

Erm.... So where's the time for projects and assignment? I don't even want to think about it. And not forgetting that I am working in Munchie Monkey.

Shit, if that's the case for my time plan, where's the time for me to bathe when I get home from school? Looking on the brighter side, maybe I should be glad that the time taken to pee and poo is less than an hour.
